Ingredients:
Caramel:
• ½ cup medjool dates, soaked in boiling water for 10 minutes
• ⅓ cup runny tahini (or peanut butter)
• 1 tbsp SaweetWay Pure Allulose Syrup
• ¼ cup water
• Pinch of salt
Chocolate Coating:
• 2 blocks dark chocolate (approx. 300g)
• 1 tsp coconut oil
Method:
1. Soak dates in boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain and blend with tahini, SaweetWay Allulose Syrup and salt until smooth. Add water gradually until you reach your desired consistency.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth.
3. Spoon a layer of chocolate into your moulds and allow to set slightly. Add the caramel on top, keeping it away from the edges, then pour over a final chocolate layer to fully encase.
4. Freeze until solid, sprinkle with flaky salt and enjoy!
