Ingredients:
Strawberry Compote
• 1 cup frozen strawberries
• 1 tbsp SaweetWay Pure Granules
• 1 tsp lemon juice
Matcha Chia Base
• 3 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 cup Almond Milk
• 1 tsp SaweetWay Pure Granules
• 1/2-1 tsp matcha powder (to taste)
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Method:
- Simmer frozen strawberries with SaweetWay Pure Allulose and lemon juice for 10–12 minutes until jammy, then let cool completely.
- In a separate jug or bowl, whisk almond milk, Allulose, matcha and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in chia seeds and let sit for 10 minutes, stirring once to prevent clumps.
- Spoon cooled compote into jars, gently pour chia mix on top for a clean layered look, cover and refrigerate overnight to set.
