Ingredients:
• ½ cup quick oats
• 2 cups almond meal or almond flour
• 2 tbsp protein powder
• ¼ cup maple syrup
• 1 tbsp SaweetWay Pure Allulose Syrup
• 3 tbsp smooth peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice)
• 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Method:
1. In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients — quick oats, almond meal and protein powder.
2. Add the maple syrup, SaweetWay Allulose Syrup and peanut butter. Mix until a paste-like consistency forms. If the mixture is too dry, gradually add a little extra nut butter until you reach the right texture.
3. Fold in the dark chocolate chips and mix to combine.
4. Roll the mixture into ~20 individual balls using your hands and place on a lined tray. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.
Tips & Hints:
• Keep refrigerated in a sealed container — they'll last up to a week in the fridge (if they make it that long!).
• Swap the peanut butter for almond or cashew butter for a different flavour twist.
