Ingredients:
• 1¼ cups plain flour
• 1 cup rolled oats
• ½ cup Saweet Baking Mix
• ¾ cup desiccated coconut
• 150g unsalted butter
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 1½ tbsp water
• ½ tsp bicarbonate soda
Method:

Preheat oven to 160°C fan forced.

Mix all dry ingredients.

Melt butter and add to mix with maple syrup and water.

Roll into 50g balls, flatten to 5mm.

Bake 20–25 mins until golden.

Cool on rack.
